1) Image Submission Requirements

Client must submit a high-quality photo of each individual to be featured.

Images should be full-body, front-facing, and on a plain background.

Photos with multiple people must have visible space between them.

Avoid images with objects in the hands or cropped limbs.

The clearer and cleaner the image, the better the output.

2) Usage of Submitted Material

All submitted photos will only be used for the purpose of creating the requested tribute video.

We do not store or share personal data or images with third parties.

3) Creative Output

Final video duration will be between 60–90 seconds.

Videos include simple movements like walking, smiling, waving, or hugging — not full conversation or voice.

The output is a simulation for emotional and memorial purposes, not a perfect replica

4) Delivery & Revisions

Delivery time: 7 working days after image approval and payment.

Only 1 minor revision is allowed (color tone, transitions, etc.).

Major changes (new actions, characters, or visuals) will incur additional charges.

5) Pricing

The final video is solely for personal use. Any commercial or promotional usage must be pre-approved.

We reserve the right to showcase samples (anonymized and with your permission) for promotional use.

7) Refund Policy

8) Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for emotional distress caused by the content.

Output is generated using AI and creative tools and may not match exact expectations.

9. Content Restrictions

We do not create videos that include or suggest violence, political content, offensive gestures, or misleading presentations.

Only respectful and ethical use cases will be considered.

10) Consent & Authorization

By submitting a deceased person's photo, you confirm that you are authorized (as a family member or guardian) to use their likeness in this video. We are not responsible for any unauthorized use.

11. Accuracy of Client Information

It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete information. Errors due to incorrect inputs (wrong spelling of names, date, relation, etc.) will not be revised for free.

12) No Voice Recreation

The service currently does not include voice cloning or audio recreation of the person. Any voice used will be neutral or muted.

13. No Physical Delivery

Final output will be shared digitally via a downloadable link (Google Drive or similar). No DVDs, pen drives, or physical formats will be provided.

14) Storage Duration

Project files and final videos will be stored on our servers for up to 15 days after delivery. Please download and backup your files promptly.

15) Behavior Policy

Any form of disrespectful, abusive, or threatening communication will result in project cancellation without refund.

16) Working Hours

We operate between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST, Monday to Saturday. Responses and work updates will be limited to working hours.

17) Creative Control Clause

We reserve the right to make stylistic or technical choices to maintain video quality. Client suggestions are welcome but must align with technical feasibility.

18) Client Feedback Timelines

Delays in providing feedback or images from the client side will extend the delivery time. We are not responsible for such delays.

19) Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or service disruptions due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, internet issues, or government actions.
